Using products that are always fresh, simple and genuine, we will make you exhort the tastes and flavors of the typical Tuscan cuisine of the past. Even with some modern reinterpretation.


The pride of the Edy Più restaurant is the large exposed grill where the best types of meat are cooked on the olive wood, including the "true Florentine steak" which is accompanied by the special fried vegetables from the vegetable garden. Fresh pasta and homemade desserts are the setting for our menus. At the simple request there is the possibility of gluten-free dishes with meticulous attention to every need, intolerance and allergy. Edy Più is also available to the most varied customer requests. You can arrange personalized menus for each event, even large buffets as long as you respect the typical Tuscan taste.

Particular attention is paid to wines, stored in the appropriate underground cellar (in each respected convent there was one).
